NaPoWriMo - Poem #6 Sorrow
Sorrow
rain pounding the window
thrashing light penetrating
cold silent tears
Rather in heavy mood today, reflecting upon the tears and sadness of my friends, this haiku is darker then what I have written so far for NaPoWriMo. Sometimes sorrow has its place, as it can be cleansing as a summer storm, the lightning burning away which is no longer needed, and the cleansing nature of the rain making space for a new day, a better day.
Blessings
